Nice to see the car I walked passed on a daily basis restored to its former glory…Back in the early 80’s I worked for an Alfa Romeo dealer in Northern Ireland. His name was Malcolm Templeton. It was my first job as a parts sales assistant and this lovely old Alfa lay in a big garage along body panels for newer Afla’s and yes as a young man of 17-18 I did sit at the wheel and dream of earlier years racing…I’m sure Malcolm would like to have seen it restored. great job well done Nevin Morrow. ( P.s back in the 80’s it was red)

      Hello Nevin,

it was nice to read about your memory of the Alfa at M. Templeton. I am collecting all historic stuff concerning this Alfa. I have got some photos and letters of M. Templeton.
I would like to get in touch with you. Perhaps you might remember more.
      Please send me an email.

      best regards

It’s nice how the original red is hinted at with the luxurious red interior. Even the new Alfa harks back to the classics in red.
